Sensodec 6S provides a tool for the maintenance group to plan their maintenance activities efficiently and proactively. With the efficient diagnostic capabilities of 6S, the condition of the plant machinery is properly managed, and the severity of possible malfunctions or defects is known well before they cause a failure. The alarm functions protect the machinery in case of rapidly developing problems.
