Pasi Laine

	Pasi Laine born 1963 President, Pulp, Paper and Power Metso’s Executive Vice President and Deputy to the CEO. Member of the Executive Team since 2006. Joined the company in 1998. MSc. in Engineering. Finnish citizen.

Pasi Laine is Metso's Executive Vice President and Deputy to the CEO and President of Pulp, Paper and Power. He was President of Paper and Fiber Technology 2011, President of Energy and Environmental Technology 2008-2011, and President of Metso Automation 2006-2008. Prior to that he was President of Metso Automation's Field Systems Business Line 2003–2006. He was Senior Vice President of Metso Automation's Paper and Pulp Automation Solutions Business Unit 2002–2003 and Vice President of Process & Energy Business Unit 1998–2002. Before that he was Managing Director of Elsag Bailey Hartmann & Braun 1996-1998 , and 1988-1996, he held various positions at Valmet Automation in Finland, Canada, Germany and the UK.
