Modular power plants using biomass as fuel are based on standardized structures and predesigned options. Modularity ensures easy and fast construction at the site. This solution covers power generation and combined heat and power (CHP) generation from biomass in the capacity range of approximately 3 to 10 MWe. Its combustion technology is either BioGrate or bubbling fluidized bed.
