Nordberg LL Series mobile conveyors

The Nordberg LL Series mobile conveyors are designed to link the Nordberg LT Series primary mobile crusher to further processing stages in mining and quarrying applications. They carry the aggregate from the primary stage to the secondary crusher directly or through a field conveyor.

The LL Series mobile conveyors follow the primary crushing plant easily as it moves along the quarry face. Owing to their mobility and flexibility the operation can continue almost immediately after blasting.
Replacing dump truck haulage with a a combination of a Nordberg LT Series crushing plant and the LL Series conveying system brings substantial savings in operating costs. Without doubt, mobile conveying is the most cost-efficient way to transport material on site.

The Nordberg LL Series conveyors are available in belt widths from 1200 to 1600 mm (48 to 63 in), in lengths from 24 to 36 m (80 to120 ft) and with capacities from 1000 to 2000 mtph (1100 to 2200 stph).
