Field engineering services

Metso's field service engineers install our systems around the world. They are experienced problems solvers and have access to the OEM drawings, tolerances, and calculations for the equipment supplied by Metso. Have a knowledgeable person to assist and overlook your problem. Take the guesswork out and get the plant back up and running.

Service engineering is based on teamwork. Our field engineers get support from our plant design engineering department, including product and process systems engineers.

In addition to the field engineering staff, Metso has a new team of people focused on plant refreshment. They are especially useful for mill lining changouts, screen media, and changing of lubricants. During times of shutdown, plant areas get hectic and manpower is in short supply.
