Service contracts
Metso's service contracts provide routine scheduled maintenance or training for plant operations. Annual or Bi-Annual inspections, equipment servicing and scheduled repairs can be included in the service contract. Contracts can even be combined to support many different components. This may include other Metso type equipment or even non-Metso equipment.
Rotary kilns are a specialty of Metso. We have supplied over 1,200 calciners and over 4,000 rotary kiln dryers.
We provide technical support for rotary kiln maintenance and repair including:
- Training
- Loading and drive studies
- Equipment alignments
- Shell ovality and profile studies
- Riding ring, carrying roller, and thrust roller resurfacing
- Instrument / Control system services / Maintenance & Audits
