Trellex Flexback wear plates

Trellex Flexback is the solution to a wide range of wear problems and sure choice to lower operating costs. Flexback is made of wear resistant T60 rubber that is hot vulcanized and reinforced with a perforated steel plate.

The T60 rubber has a high resistance to sliding wear and excellent energy absorption, reducing the risk of crushing. The rubber also reduces noise and vibrations, which means a better working environment.

The Flexback PU wear plate is a polyurethane plate with an integrated perforated steel plate. The perforated steel plate makes the plate very easy to shape and fit to different applications. It can easily be cut with the Trellex Alu-Cut (rotating disc).

The wear plate has very good abrasion resistance to fine and medium sized particles, and it is mostly used in applications with sliding wear peaks.
