Trellex HI-T panels
Trellex HI-T screens are designed to offer a combination of high throughput and long wear life. HI-T screens are manufactured using straight un-crimped high tensile Astroloy wires anchored in place by abrasion resistant polyurethane.
On a traditional long slot screen, crimping adds additional stress to the fill wires and creates a high wear point on the panel profile. Using polyurethane we have eliminated the need for crimped wires and created an abrasion resistant panel surface.
