Nordberg ST352 featuring SmartScreenTM technology

Metso Minerals launches a new mobile screen, the Nordberg ST352 with revolutionary SmartScreenTM technology, at Intermat 2003 in Paris.

SmartScreenTM refers to an intelligent controller in the Nordberg ST352 that monitors and adjusts the screen automatically to achieve optimum screening results. The controller maintains maximum screening efficiency by controlling the feed rate and screen performance. It also controls start-up and shut-down processes, while carefully monitoring all the key functions and components of the screen to ensure longevity and reliability.


The new Nordberg ST348 is the first mobile screen in the market combining the highly advanced SmartScreen TM intelligent controlling technology and new, modular design. The second model in this series, Nordberg ST352, will be displayed at the Intermat exhibition in Paris.

Nordberg track- or wheel-mounted mobile screening plants provide an ideal solution when high production rates, accurate screening and multiple products are required. The Nordberg ST352 is the second unit in the series following the lead set by the Nordberg ST348.
