Metso receives award from Minera Las Bambas mine for exceptional safety performance during plant shutdowns in Peru

Metso has received an award from Minera Las Bambas for achieving the goal of zero incidents during plant shutdowns. The shutdowns took place from September 2016 to June 2017, totaling 50,000 hours of work without any incidents.
