Lokotrack® LT300GP™ can be operated either as a secondary or tertiary crushing plant. The robust Nordberg® GP300S™ or GP330™ crushers with a variety of cavities provide high capacity, top end product quality and low wear part costs in all applications. The optimized power transmission system makes the LT300GP extremely cost effective.

The LT300GP can be optimized for different needs and applications with a variety of optional feeding and screening equipment. The integrated screen module option offers the possibility to produce calibrated end products. The LT300GP is equipped with advanced Metso IC™ process control system and can also be used as part of a multistage plant together with different mobile screens. Compact dimensions ensure that the Lokotrack LT300GP is easily transportable on a trailer.

Process overview

LT300GP is typically used as secondary or tertiary crusher in a multistage crushing process.

How it works

Material is fed on a feeding conveyor by primary Lokotrack. Alternatively a feeder with scalper can be selected to separate the fine material. Crusher cavity level is kept at the target to ensure the best throughput to main conveyor and then to next stage or to an additional screen module.
