Folding machines – Upgrade packages for type VKC
There are now a number of upgrade packages available for folding machines of type VKC.
Pneumatic turntable
The pneumatic turntable replaces older hydraulic turntables.
New folding arms
The four old side folding arms have been replaced with new ones, which will improve the function
New complete folding units
The existing folding units are replaced by new ones that give improved function, smoother operation and improved folding. The folding units are delivered with new directional valves.
Sensors
An extra sensor is mounted to achieve better folding around the corners of the bale.
Pulse sensor arrangement
The pulse sensor ensures that the bale stops in exactly the correct position, in the centre of the turntable, for best possible folding result.
