Modular crushing and screening plants

Metso has designed eight modular plants based on three configurations covering the main processes available in the marketplace. A simple design and efficient design for fast commissioning, reduced space requirement and simplified preparation.

Are short delivery times essential for your project ?

Do you want to control your capital expense ? Is your market temporary ? Do you want to avoid civil engineering ? Are you particularly demanding as far is concerned the quality of the products?

Metso’s engineers have designed modular plants to meet your specific needs.

This new plant design has been developed to meet your productivity and quality expectations, regardless of the material to process. We offer you a range of eight modular standard plants meeting most of your finished product needs.

Expertise and experience

Competency is not a question of interpretation, but above all the result of expertise and experience in specific fields. The competency of Metso has been shaped around four fields over the course of time: the rocks and materials, the resulting applications, the associated standards and the material to shape them.

Controlled costs, Services

With their modular plant design, Metso can grant you reduced global investment along with fast operation setup. Moreover, this design benefits from the support offered by Metso to ensure customized care matched to your needs.

Choosing the right solution for your future installation: The important step when making your decision.

Metso modular crushing and screening plants have been designed to meet all your requirements: manufactured sand (concrete), road or railway aggregates, underlayment, construction material recycling

The machines

If Metso’s reputation is based on their professional expertise, the quality and performance of the machines proposed largely contributed to the success of the group. Each modular system proposed is designed and performed by Metso: C Jaw crushers, HP cone crusher and NP horizontal shaft impactor , CVB screens, feeders and TBC conveyors.

Electrical and Automation Equipment

Our modular plants come with basic level electricity supply. The control features on the front side of the cabinets include a simple set of pushbuttons with two operation modes: manual and manual interlocked.

Manufacturing

Once the plant becomes a full-part product developed and designed in all its particulars to meet your specific requirements, the usual engineering phases are no longer necessary. The design of the modular plants enables us to directly release the manufacturing process of your project, thus reducing equipment delivery by 20 to 30% of the global time.

Optimized logistics

Logistic has been studied in all details for optimized packing and shipping. The equipment making your plant (without machines) are packed and shipped in containers. Module-specific packages simplify the organization with regard to the erection upon delivery on site.

Fast implementation on a reduced installation surface

Metso is able to supply comprehensive plants within approximately 4 months ex works. Erection times are reduced thanks to the simplified design, detailed erection instructions and clear identification of all parts and cables.

Production-related warranty

The modular plants have been developed and designed to meet most of the market requirements. They are covered by the same warranties as all other systems offered by Metso and benefit from appropriate After-Sales-Service in compliance with the main granular standards throughout the world.
