Our recruitment process

Preparing yourself

When applying for a new job it is important to understand your starting point – your personal values, motivational factors as well as your short-term and long-term career goals. When applying for a job and taking the next steps in your own career, you need to know where you are coming from and what kind of competencies and strengths you have to offer. Before you can sell yourself to others, you need to clarify to yourself what you are selling. Update your CV based on that and make sure you promote yourself effectively.

You can also find information about our company and working culture from our web pages, social media and other relevant channels.

The interview forms the core part of our selection process. An interview is always based on the critical competencies and skills needed in the position. We also evaluate your development potential and your fit for our organizational culture. Think beforehand about your strengths and weaknesses in relation to the role for which you are being interviewed. Be prepared to present practical examples from your past to demonstrate the experience or competencies relevant for the position.

You will usually meet a recruiting manager as well as our HR or recruitment partner in the interview. You may also meet other people, e.g. future colleagues, during the interview process. We may conduct several interview rounds before the final decision is made. Video interviews and assessment tools may be part of the interview process. The details of the recruitment process are always decided based on the specific job requirements and process needs.
