Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher is a medium-sized model in Nordberg® GP Series™ cone crushers family. It is often utilized on the second, third, or fourth stage of the crushing process both in aggregates production and mining operations.
Versatile Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher is available as stationary, portable, and mobile version.
Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher produces the same amount of material in less time, clearly exceeding the performance of other crushers in the same size-class.
The robustly constructed cone crusher is designed to provide the highest throughput capacity also in the toughest hard rock crushing sites and applications.
Further developed casting design guarantees the durability in applications where the increased pressure and nominal power of 315kW can be utilized.
Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher has remarkably high nominal power, effective stroke and cavity range, which brings flexibility to the process.
The large feed opening allows using Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher on multiple crushing stages, and seven standard strokes, all in one electric bushing, add adjustment options.
Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher’s cavity and stroke can be altered according to the application requirements to achieve high capacity, top end product quality, as well as low wear part cost.
The improved main shaft vertical movement range lowers the wear part cost and increases the liners lifetime. In addition, it increases the tramp iron distance for uncrushable objects thus decreasing the risk of internal damage to the crusher.
Special tramp iron release liners with maximized tramp distance are also available for Nordberg® GP330™ cone crusher.
