The renewed LT200HP can save minimum 15% in fuel consumption compared to hydraulic-driven cone crushers thanks to its direct belt drive from gearbox, and is the first Lokotrack to comply with Stage V emission regulations.
The LT200HP is available with an extended main conveyor to allow more feeding height for downstream crushing and screening processes. It can also be delivered with dust encapsulation, a discharge hood, a high-pressure water spray system, or a special scraper to clean the conveyor belt. The optional remote control option allows the machine to be moved safely from a distance.
The Lokotrack LT200HPS is for applications where high throughput, consistent end product, screening, and compact transport dimensions are important requirements. It is equipped with a hydraulic drive and either single or double-deck detachable screens.
Both models feature one of the best-selling cone crushers on the market, the Nordberg® HP200™. They also come with user-friendly Metso IC™ (intelligent control) automation to bring precision and consistency to your crushing operations, ensuring continuously high aggregate quality. The automatic start and stop, activated with a single button, increases site safety by ensuring that the crushing process is started in the right sequence. Furthermore, the automatic process control ensures a steady and consistent feed to the crusher.
The Lokotrack LT200HP and LT200HPS are also available with the Metso ICr™ wireless information and control system, which allows you to monitor and control your crushing plant from an excavator cabin.
Both models are easy to move between sites thanks to their compact transportation dimensions.

How it works
Material is fed into the plant on a feed conveyor using a primary Lokotrack jaw crusher or excavator. The feeding unit keeps the crusher cavity at the optimal level to maximize the throughput to the main conveyor before the material is fed to the next stage or to an additional screen module.
