The training provides participants with hands-on experience in flotation process operation while covering the fundamental principles of flotation. Using a dynamic simulator based on a generic flotation flowsheet, participants develop practical operational understanding across rougher, scavenger, and three cleaner stages, including reagent conditioning. This interactive approach builds confidence in operating and controlling flotation processes while understanding both the opportunities and challenges of process control.
