Season’s greetings!

What a year it has been! Personally, it has felt like a roller coaster ride, with all its ups, downs and even a few loops. 

This year, we finally established our Ausmelt User Congress as a tradition with the Second Ausmelt Congress in Japan in October. It was a real pleasure to meet all of you there, and to experience the vibrant atmosphere among the participants. I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Dowa Kosaka Smelting and Mining Co. Ltd for co-hosting this event with us and for organizing an interesting visit to their facilities.

I have also had the pleasure of meeting many of you in person throughout the year. It has been great to hear your thoughts on future improvements and expansions. We hope to assist you with your future projects, no matter their size. We have been working on improving our internal collaboration to better serve you, whether your project involves a service-type shutdown, a major greenfield capex project, small equipment changes, or anything in between. We are always eager to receive feedback and learn how we can support you even better. 

Finally, before wishing you all happy holidays, I would like to extend a special thanks to those of you who have trusted us with your business this year. I hope we have added value to your projects, and I look forward to continuing our partnership in 2025.
