The Annual General Meeting of Metso Corporation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 2.00 p.m. (EEST) at Messukeskus (Siipi entrance) at the address Rautatieläisenkatu 3, 00520 Helsinki, Finland.
Registration for the General Meeting and advance voting will begin on February 22, 2024, at 9.00 a.m. (EET). Each shareholder who is registered on the record date of the General Meeting, on April 15, 2024, in the Company’s shareholders’ register has the right to participate in the General Meeting. A shareholder who is registered in the Company’s shareholders’ register and who wishes to participate in the General Meeting, must register for the General Meeting no later than by April 18, 2024, at 10.00 a.m. (EEST). A shareholder whose shares are registered on the shareholder’s Finnish book-entry account may also vote in advance on certain agenda items of the General Meeting during the period from February 22, 2024, at 9.00 a.m. (EET) until April 18, 2024, at 10.00 a.m. (EEST).
Shareholders, who are registered for the General Meeting, may also follow the meeting via webcast.
Following the meeting via webcast is not considered to be participation in the General Meeting or exercise of the shareholders rights, and it is not possible to ask questions, make counterproposals, otherwise speak, or vote via webcast.

How to get there:
We recommend using public transportation.
Trams: Tram 2 stops near Messukeskus. Please note that tickets must be bought before boarding a tram via a mobile app or from a ticket machine or sales office or paid with an HSL card when entering the tram.
Buses: There are several busses from the city center to Pasila.
Trains: All local and long-distance trains stop at the Pasila railway station, just a 300-metre walk from the venue. Trains from the city center to Pasila take approximately five minutes.
I and P trains run from the airport to the nearby Pasila railway station. The journey takes around 30 minutes, and trains leave every 10 minutes in the daytime.
Taxi: A taxi rank can be found in front of the southern entrance of Messukeskus. Taxies are allowed to drop off passengers in front of Siipi entrance. The 13-kilometer taxi ride from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport takes about 15–20 minutes.
Arriving by own car: Entrance to the Conference Centre Siipi car park is on Ratamestarinkatu 13.
Bicycle: There are bike racks in front of the Siipi entrance and nearby the main entrance of Messukeskus. Citybikes are available nearby at Rautatieläisentori and Veturitori.
