Delivery of school items to Temogo Special School
For the third consecutive year, Metso South Africa has supported Temogo Special School by donating much needed school equipment. The annual delivery of school supplies has become a cherished tradition and marks another milestone in the ongoing commitment to enhance the educational experience of these remarkable students. In 2024, Metso donated items to 38 students and a total of 339 tools.
Temogo Special School specializes in providing education to children with severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities. The consistent support from Metso has significantly improved the learning environment, enabling the school to offer more personalized and effective education. The donations have also helped with ensuring that the students have access to the best possible resources.

Metsonites and Metso join forces to support Pet Rescue
Metso and Metsonites in South Africa have teamed up to donate food to Pet Rescue, an organization dedicated to helping animals in need. This collaboration highlights the importance of supporting vulnerable animals and the power of collective action.
The donation included over 60 items of variety of high-quality pet food, which will help sustain the animals at Pet Rescue for several months. This generous contribution is crucial for the well-being of the animals, many of whom have been rescued from difficult situations and are in need of proper nutrition and care.
In an inspiring gesture, Metso matched the donations made by the Metsonites, effectively doubling the amount of food provided to Pet Rescue.

Empowering Ghanaian youth through skill development programs
