Sherwin Preamdutt
If you ask Sherwin Preamdutt about what his prime quality is, he will say leadership. Besides being a great leader, he is also good with communication, making him a key part of the Metso Outotec organisation where he holds the responsibility of Director, Sales and Services for Central and East Africa.
His twelve years of experience can attest to his professionalism and effectiveness as a manger in leading his team to improved growth, engaging with customers, resolving their challenges, and implementing strategies and actions that take the business forward
Sherwin is an alumna of the University of Pretoria where he earned his Master’s in Engineering – Technology Management degree in 2015. He has also acquired his PMP from the Project Management Institute in the USA.
Outside the office, you can find Sherwin spending time with his wife and 3 children. He also enjoys watching football and traveling when possible.

Bakang Kgaswane
The Minerals Processing Research & Development experience of various minerals ores earned Bakang Kgaswane an extensive and solid metallurgical experience.
Bakang’s Milling and Flotation R&D experience laid a concrete foundation for an application into Equipment Marketing & Sales AND Operations’ technical support for 20 Years.
Regular visits to Production sites, of different minerals applications across the African Continent, enhance and complement his profession as a Minerals Processing Metallurgist.
Bakang’s experience in Minerals Processing Equipment Sales & Services, extending well over a total of 15 Years, 10 Years with Metso Outotec, has exposed him to the critical “pillars”, from Safety to Production, generally subscribed to by various Plants. The Equipment, ranging from Mill Liners, Feeder Breakers, Flotation Cells, Flotation Reagents & Thickeners, gives him confidence in believing in the visible value added to any metallurgical operation.
Bakang is a qualified Extractive Metallurgist from the University of Johannesburg.
In his spare time, Bakang enjoys the following:
- Watching Soccer
- Playing Deep-House music
- Spending time on the Farm
