At Veraisen Sora in Finland, the Remote IC app helps the operator control and monitor the entire Lokotrack crushing process from the excavator cabin through a single dashboard. At the same time, Adaptive Feed Control helps keep the process stable and the material moving steadily. 

The operator can adjust the crusher settings while the process is running and check information such as fuel levels without repeatedly leaving the cab. This makes daily work easier and reduces the need to step out to make adjustments using the machine's IC panel.

Adaptive Feed Control responds when the crusher cavity fills 

Remote IC and Adaptive Feed Control support a more stable process. If the jaw or cone crusher cavity becomes full, the system automatically slows the feed and can stop it when needed. As conditions improve, feeding can continue. This helps maintain a steady throughput by reducing the risk of the cavity running empty or overflowing. 

For Veraisen Sora, the key benefit is practical: material flows more evenly through the process, helping to avoid empty conveyors and unnecessary interruptions. A stable process also supports efficient production. The operator can monitor the process and make adjustments from the cabin instead of moving back and forth across the crushing site.

Wireless connection makes moving between setups easier

The Lokotrack machines communicate through a wireless network. No cable is needed between the connected crushers, so the operator does not need to carry a cable back and forth when the setup changes. The wireless connection makes it easier to change the plant setup and supports the flexible daily work required at changing crushing sites.

Remote IC brings crushing process data into one view 

Aggregates software Remote IC brings the most important data from Lokotrack crushers and screens into a single view. The operator can monitor connected machines, check the status of the process and make adjustments directly from the excavator cab.
