With over 16 years of mining industry experience, Caroline brings extensive experience in business
management, leading people and culture, driving and implementing innovation and technology development,
executing growth strategies and achieving sales and operational excellence. Caroline has broad global
experience from a variety of leadership roles such as the leading of multi-national business units to driving global business transformation programs and holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics). Based in Brisbane, Caroline is passionate about digitalization within mineral processing and specialises in supporting customers to
transform their businesses with digital solutions.

Michael is an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the mining and metallurgical industries. Working in a wide range of roles from Research, implementation / commissioning and management. Specialising for many years in instrumentation with a particular emphasis on novel solutions focused on optimisation. This experience has been on a wide range of sites utilising varied minerals processing and mining. Michael has extensive experience in the area of ore tracking, from the development, implementation and maintenance of ore tracking systems globally. Michael has published multiple technical papers, patents and presented at numerous industry events and conferences during his career.

Alejandro Rojas is a Lead Design Engineer at Metso, working in the Intelligence Instrument team, and
Product Owner of RockSense 3D and MillSense system, based in Helsinki, Finland. He has worked as a
Automation and Control Engineer with the Intelligence Instrument team since 2022, previously Alejandro
worked at the Chilean Air Force and CanPack Group.
