Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Metso, the below General Conditions shall apply for the Supply of Goods and/or the Performance of Services by Metso as applicable based on the country of registration of the relevant Metso entity. If no General Conditions are specified for a specific country, the General Conditions for Metso Finland shall apply.
