Benefits
Smooth flow for stable operation
Minimized mixing and shearing
Long rotor and stator life
Up to 15% lower energy consumption
Many pumping applications require consistent flow, gentle product handling and reliable performance. Progressive cavity pumps operate by continuously moving media through cavities formed between the rotor and stator, delivering smooth flow with minimal pulsation.
Designed for viscous, abrasive, corrosive and shear-sensitive media, the pumps help preserve product characteristics throughout the process. The pumping principle minimizes mixing and shearing, making the pumps well suited for applications where product quality is critical.
The E and EL series incorporate optimized 2/3 rotor geometry to improve pumping efficiency and extend component life. Depending on the application, the design can deliver up to 30% higher flow rates and up to 15% lower energy consumption compared with conventional progressive cavity pump designs.
The combination of low-pulsation flow, efficient operation and long rotor and stator life helps lower operating costs while supporting reliable process performance.
