Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Metso, the below General Conditions shall apply for the Purchase of Goods and/or the Purchase of Services or the Purchase of Engineering Services by Metso as applicable based on the country of registration of the relevant Metso entity. If no General Conditions are specified for a specific country, the General Conditions for Metso Finland shall apply.
