Benefits
Provides consistent flow regardless of discharge pressure
Positive displacement pumping principle helps maintain dosing accuracy
Long hose life in demanding applications
Wear-resistant hose and hose inserts help reduce wear on critical components
Process conditions can change, but dosing accuracy should remain consistent. The LPP-D dosing series uses a positive displacement pumping principle that delivers a fixed volume of media during every pump cycle while minimizing backflow. As a result, flow remains stable regardless of discharge pressure.
Designed for abrasive, corrosive, viscous and crystallizing media, LPP-D pumps provide reliable operation in industrial applications. The wear-resistant hose and hose inserts are the only components in contact with the process media, helping reduce wear on critical pump components and simplify maintenance.
The LPP-D series incorporates an advanced rolling design that reduces friction and heat generation inside the pump. Reduced friction supports continuous operation, maximizes hose life and lowers energy consumption.
The design is capable of operating in continuous duty at maximum pressure and flow at the same operating point. Depending on the application, hose life can be 3 to 5 times longer than with conventional peristaltic hose pump designs.
