Wobbler feeders are designed to handle wet and sticky materials without blinding or plugging, allowing continued operation when traditional grizzlies can no longer perform. The secret behind the wobbler feeder is in the original “Wobbler feeder principle”, which is the positive action of the rotating elliptical bars causes material to tumble forward assuring separation of fines and delivering a consistant, uniform feed rate.

Verstile applications

Wobbler are typically installed installed ahead of the primary crusher to scalp out fines and feed oversize, improving crusher capacity and performance. Depending on the application, they can be fed by an apron feeder or directly via trucks, reducing the need for two pieces of equipment. Their low horsepower consumption, compact installation height and vibration free operation make them ideal for both stationary and portable crushing plants.
