The new diesel-electric powerline ensures efficient power for crushing. Connecting to the grid not only lowers the CO2 emissions of the operations meeting the sustainablity targets and lowers the noice to surrounding areas as well.
All the process functions are electric and the electric components endure demanding conditions and are globally available for quick and easy maintenance. Using electricity in process functions also lowers significantly hydraulic oil volume that is only 81 litres / 21 gal. Common parts between the models lowers the parts inventory and makes maintenance easier and quicker.
Ease of use beyond expectations
The LT400J has designed with user in center. The machine can be set-up to operation and for transport with the remote control from safe distance from the machine. Maintenance points are designed for easy access from ground level or from the wide service platforms.

Lokotrack LT400J together with all the EC range machines have an advanced IC process automation. This renewed automation keeps the process going, protects the equipment with interlocking the crushing chain together and letting you feed the process close to maximum capacity. More sensors have been added to avoid unnecessary process stops or equipment failures. One example is generator bearing temperature sensor that monitors the bearing condition often caused by dust.
