The Lokotrack® LT400RS™ is a diesel-electric mobile impact crusher designed for concrete waste recycling, demolition waste crushing, asphalt recycling and limestone applications. Recycling jobs can include many types of feed material. The LT400RS combines impact crushing, screening and material separation in one mobile machine.
The machine can process concrete, demolition waste, reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), limestone and other recyclable materials. This makes the LT400RS well suited for concrete waste recycling, concrete crushing, demolition waste crushing and asphalt recycling applications. The built-in separation equipment helps remove steel and lightweight materials from the final products.
Proven impact crushing performance
At the heart of the LT400RS is the Nordberg® NP1213MR impact crusher - Opens in a new windowwith a 250 kW electric drive. The crusher can be equipped with one or two breaker plates. Metso MMC blow bars and the 430 kW diesel genset support demanding recycling work.
Wide conveyors, generous clearances and good cleaning access help material move smoothly through the machine. This supports steady production and helps reduce blockages.
Produce clean recycled products
Clean end products and efficient separation are important in aggregates recycling. The LT400RS combines a large 5 x 14 ft two-deck screen, a powerful wind sifter and an adjustable electromagnet in one machine. Together, they help separate different product sizes, lightweight materials and steel. Accurate separation helps produce high-quality recycled concrete aggregate and other recycled materials for reuse in new projects.
The screen can produce one, two, or three end products. This helps support efficient mobile crusher recycling operations and creates flexibility for different end-product requirements.
The screen can also be detached when screening is not required or transported separately when needed.
Use diesel or external electricity
The LT400RS has a diesel-electric drive, and all process functions are electric. The machine can run with its onboard diesel genset. An external power connection is available as standard, allowing the machine to use site electricity when it is available.

Easy to move between jobsites
The LT400RS is a tracked impact crusher designed for operations that move regularly between sites. Compact transport dimensions and onboard foldable side conveyors make relocation easier and the can be transported in one piece. If needed, the screen unit can be transported separately.
Simple and safe to operate and maintain
The LT400RS uses the new ICX automation system. It has a larger display, supports troubleshooting and includes production recipes for different applications.
There is plenty of access around the machine for cleaning and service. Lowering functions for key conveyors make maintenance safer and easier. Setup can be done with the radio control and the process can also be controlled with the Remote IC app from the excavator cab.
