Nordwheeler™ NW7150S NW Rapid™ portable crushing and screening plant is a solution for producing manufactured sand. It combines both VSI crusher and four deck dual-slope screen on the same chassis.

NW7150S portable impact crusher with excellent shaping capabilities

NW7150S NW Rapid portable impact crusher has a vertical shaft impactor crusher (VSI) that is typically used in the last stage of a multistage crushing process, or as a stand-alone unit processing pre-crushed material.

Known for producing precisely shaped cubical end products, NW7150S is suitable for manufactured sand production, heap leaching, pre-grinding, industrial minerals and recycling applications. This portable VSI crusher has a four-deck screen integrated into the same frame.

NW7150S is easy to relocate on site, also called pit portable, as well as transport by road between production sites.

High-quality end products

NW7150S is equipped with Barmac® B7150SE vertical shaft impactor (VSI) crushing unit. The VSI crushing unit produces cubical-shaped end products using rock-to-rock crushing action, where the rocks break against each other.

B7150SE VSI crusher combined with the large 10 m2 (12 yd2) four-deck dual-slope vibrating screen into the same advanced chassis brings 20% more crushing and screening performance compared to conventional solutions in the same size class.

Quick to set up with pre-designed crushing stations

NW Rapid solutions include ready-made plant layouts, flow sheets and pre-designed crushing stations for the entire crushing and screening plant. Primary, secondary and tertiary crushing stations include not only a portable crusher or screen, but also the needed feeders, surge bins and conveyors to connect all the equipment as an entire crushing and screening plant.

Optional features

NW7150S is available with hydraulic legs and support legs, which help to set up the plant quickly after transportation.

For road transportation where lower axle weight is needed, the unit can be fitted with an extra axle. Combined with lights, side, mud guards and ABS-brakes, NW7150S can be transported on road safely and in one compact package.

Sustainable crushing with electric operations

NW Rapid machines are all electric. This makes the operation more sustainable, especially when using renewable energy source. Electrically operated units are easy to maintain, and their operational costs are significantly lower than diesel-driven machines. In addition, when grid is not available, servicing a single large diesel generator on the site is less demanding than service multiple diesel engines in each unit.
