Trellex® PCO is a self-supporting screening panel made of rubber for demanding applications in coarse and medium screening operations. The aperture shape is designed to minimize the risk of pegging and maximize throughput. The thickest panels also have skid-bars on the upper surface to increase life in coarse applications, as bigger lumps are lifted from the surface to allow undersized material to pass through more easily and more efficiently.
Trellex® MP combines the flexibility of a modular panel system with exceptional strength and durability, giving you the best of two worlds.
The panel system is designed to manage high loads and deliver improved capacity through its optimized open area. The Trellex® MP with skid bars improves the capacity even further and increases uptime, as bigger lumps are lifted from the surface to allow undersized material to pass through more easily and more efficiently.
To ensure maximum performance, capacity and longevity, the skid bars are integrated with our patented reinforcement system, CISB. The CISB system consists of ceramic elements and guarantees longer wear life in applications on screens with high inclination and high material speed.
