Flexible integrated screening
High-capacity Nordberg ® HP200e cone crusher
Efficient aggregate production
Fuel-efficient direct crusher drive
Flexible crushing and screening in one track-mounted unit
The LT200HPX features the Nordberg® HP200e™ cone crusher for hard rock crushing and high-quality end products. Improved kinematics and a wide selection of cavities support different applications. No-backing liners make liner changes quicker, easier and safer because backing material is not required.
Fuel-efficient and reliable direct crusher drive
A CAT® engine and direct V-belt crusher drive support efficient power transmission. The purpose-designed gearbox and hydraulic clutch contribute to reliable operation. With the product screen configuration, fuel consumption can be up to 30% lower than with the LT200HPS.
The 2-deck pre-screen separates fine material before it enters the crusher. The bypassed material can be directed to the product pile or further downstream. This can increase overall production, reduce crusher wear and improve product quality. The configuration also supports process changeovers from 0/32 mm to 0/16 mm.
The large 5.6 m² 2-deck product screen classifies crushed material on the machine. Oversize material can be returned to the crusher, helping produce accurately sized end products in a compact track-mounted process. This configuration is suited to applications where integrated closed-circuit crushing and screening reduce the need for a separate screen.
Pre-screen and product screen for maximum process flexibility
The combined configuration removes fines before crushing and screens the crushed material onboard. It is designed for applications that benefit from both efficient feed preparation and controlled final products in a single machine. According to the launch material, this setup delivers up to 40% higher capacity than the LT200HPS.

Metso digital Production Performance solutions - Opens in a new window help make more of available capacity, shift after shift. The Metso IC™ - Opens in a new window process control system supports one-button start and stop, troubleshooting and process parameter control. Machines in the same Lokotrack crushing process can be connected for coordinated operation.
Remote IC allows the operator to monitor and control the crushing process from the excavator cabin. The camera view improves visibility into machine operation, while wireless interlocking helps keep the operator in the cabin and away from moving equipment.
Adaptive feed control (AFC) adjusts feeding to keep the plant operating at maximum available capacity and reduce black belt time. Better process visibility, less idle time and more efficient operation can also reduce energy consumption and COâ‚‚ emissions per tonne.
Extensive service platforms and walkways on both sides support safe daily operation and maintenance. The walkways fold for transport and the main conveyor can be lowered to ground level for maintenance. Smart folding and lowering functions help prepare the machine for transport and service. The track-mounted unit can be moved within a quarry and transported between sites on a low-bed truck.
The wide main conveyor has hydraulic height adjustment for combining the LT200HPX with other machines. Depending on the selected process configuration, available options may include an extended main conveyor, side conveyors, dust encapsulation, a high-pressure water spraying system, bypass filters for hydraulic and lubrication oil and a fuel pump with truck connection.
FAQ
The LT200HPX is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock. It can produce road aggregates, railway ballast, asphalt aggregates and concrete aggregates in quarrying and contracting applications.
The LT200HPX is available with a 2-deck pre-screen, a large 5.6 m² 2-deck product screen, or both. The choice depends on the feed material, required end products and process setup.
The pre-screen configuration is suited to feed containing fine material that can bypass the crusher. Removing fines before crushing can increase capacity, reduce wear and improve product quality.
The product screen configuration is suited to applications that need onboard classification of crushed material. It supports closed-circuit production of 1-3 accurately sized end products without a separate mobile screen.
The combined configuration removes fines before crushing and screens the crushed material onboard. It provides maximum process flexibility in a single track-mounted unit and can deliver up to 40% higher capacity than the LT200HPS, according to the launch material.
With the 2-deck product screen, the LT200HPX can produce one, two or up to three end products. One- and two-product operation use closed-circuit arrangements, while three product sizes can be produced in an open circuit with two side conveyors.
The Nordberg HP200e cone crusher uses no-backing liners, so liner changes do not require backing material. This makes liner replacement quicker, easier and safer.
Remote IC allows monitoring and control from the excavator cabin and can improve process visibility. Adaptive feed control adjusts feeding to help keep the plant operating at maximum available capacity and reduce black belt time. Availability should be confirmed for the selected digital package and configuration.
The unit includes service platforms, folding walkways and lowering functions that support maintenance and transport preparation. Configuration-specific transport weights and dimensions should be checked before planning transport.
Choose the pre-screen when fines should be removed before crushing, the product screen when onboard end-product classification is needed and both when the process benefits from feed preparation and closed-circuit screening in one machine. Final selection should be based on feed grading, target products, capacity and site layout.
