The Lokotrack® LT200HPX™ mobile cone crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock. It is equipped with an improved Nordberg® HP200e cone crusher and a 2-deck pre-screen with up to 40% higher capacity than the LT200HP. It is ideally suited for the production of road aggregates, railway ballast, asphalt and concrete aggregates.

The HP200e crusher with improved kinematics and easier maintenance
The Lokotrack LT200HPX features the Nordberg® HP200e™ cone crusher, which offers better performance, uptime and serviceability, and a wider range of applications than the HP200. The HP200e has improved kinematics and easier and faster maintenance, as liners do not require backing material. With the HP200e crusher and pre-screen, the LT200HPX achieves up to 40% higher capacity than the LT200HP.

Lokotrack LT200HPX comes with a CAT® engine and direct v-belt crusher drive ensuring the best fuel efficiency. Direct drive for crusher with purposely designed gearbox and hydraulic clutch makes LT200HPX a highly reliable unit.

Pre-screen brings high capacity in contracting
The Lokotrack LT200HPX has a 2-deck pre-screen, which increases the overall capacity of the mobile crusher. A small feed can bypass the crusher and go directly to the product pile or downstream in the process, increasing overall production, reducing wear and improving product quality. It also allows easy process changeover from 0/32 mm to 0/16 mm.
Optimum crushing results
The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control.
Safe and easy maintenance
Metso is investing heavily in its equipment safety and easy maintenance. In LT200HPX, safe and easy daily operations are ensured with extensive services platforms as well as safe walkways on both sides of the unit that fold automatically for transporting in one piece.
For safe and easy maintenance, the main conveyor can be lowered down to ground level.
As all the Lokotracks, LT200HPX is mounted on tracks and can be easily moved inside a quarry and transported between sites on a low bed truck.
Additional features and options
The wide main conveyor has a hydraulic height adjustment for combining with other machines. Lokotrack LT200HPX is available with an extended main conveyor to allow more feeding height for downstream crushing and screening processes.
Optional side conveyor can be added to transfer fine material to the stockpile beside the machine.
Lokotrack LT200HPX can also be delivered with dust encapsulation, high-pressure water spraying system, bypass filters for hydraulic/lubrication oil, fuel pump with truck connection and many other improvements.
