NW Series™ NW100HPC-CC™ portable crushing and screening plant

Electrically powered and wheel-mounted NW100HPC-CC™ portable crushing and screening plant is a solution for secondary and tertiary crushing and screening needs in hard and soft rock applications. It is equipped with an efficient Nordberg® HP cone crusher and reliable Compact CVB Series™ inclined screen. This crusher is also equipped with an onboard return conveyor enabling closed circuit operation.

The wheel-mounted and electrically powered NW Series™ NW100HPC-CC™ portable crushing and screening plant features the efficient Nordberg® HP100™ cone crusher belonging to the Nordberg® HP series™ cone crusher product family. HP cone crushers are the most popular modern cone crushers in the world with over 10,000 machines sold globally. With up to 90 kW (125 hp) of crushing power, the HP100 cone crusher is suitable for applications such as limestone, basalt, and granite.

The portable unit is also equipped with a reliable and efficient CVB1540-4 inclined screen from the Compact CVB series™. The compact CVB screens are proven equipment that is built to last. They are also easy to install, commission, operate, and maintain.

Closed circuit operation

NW100HPC-CC™ features an onboard return conveyor that enables closed circuit operation. During operation, part of the material produced by the HP cone crusher circulates back to the same crusher along the return conveyor for further crushing.
